Clean the home thoroughly. A clean home is important for photos, open houses as well as every privately scheduled showing.
Freshen up any paint that shows wear. Select neutral colors as they appeal to the masses.
Don’t forget the exterior. It is the first and last thing all buyers will see so make a great impression. Colorful flowers, freshly painted front door and immaculate landscaping all create the perfect image of a well maintained house.
